3-legged challenge weekend

The 3-legged challenge will run throughout the weekend of 22-24 March.

All you need to do is choose a mate, pick a challenge - or a number of challenges - and then tackle it tied together!

Where you tackle your challenge is also up to you as long as it's in public and you convince your friends and family to sponsor you to see it through.

If you've got your mate lined up, but you're unsure where to start with your challenge, here are some ideas:

  • Take a run along the beach - it won't hurt when you fall over

  • Take the dog for a walk - don't tie their legs together, though

  • Play golf - take it in turns to swing and putt

  • Cook a BBQ - teamwork fellas!

  • Plan a pub crawl - could get untidy

  • Dance the night away - now that takes serious coordination

  • Go for a jog - not for the faint hearted

  • Catch a train, tram or bus - the other passengers will love it

  • Have a game of pool - watch out for the cue

  • Go wine tasting - steady now!

  • Try on some clothes in a shop - hilarious in the changing room

  • Visit a gallery/museum - take your time

  • Go out for dinner or fast food - no drive through

  • Visit a tourist attraction, e.g. the zoo, wildlife park - take a selfie

  • Go fishing - this will have you hooked

  • Go bowling - timing is everything

  • Play beach volleyball - serving's fine

  • Have a game of cricket - batting might be easier than bowling
