Working Male Carers' AFL Night
Cathedral Hotel (then Adelaide Oval)
Thursday, June 13, 2019
Blokes aren’t always the best at sharing their feelings!
Men who are carers can face unwanted stereotyping, negative attitudes and relationship pressures.
They may struggle to balance work and family life.
The guys get together for lunch and a drink regularly with the chance to learn from guest speakers, plus trips out – like to the footy - and we help with connecting you to relevant services. Lunches are $10. Trips are low cost.
Once a year there’s a fishing trip or similar retreat over a weekend.
It’s important time out in male company.
