Carer and Community SA was founded more than 30 years ago by Pat Smytherman, who brought together a group of passionate individuals dedicated to supporting carers. Under Pat’s leadership, the organisation has evolved into a nationally recognised leader in delivering quality support in Aged Care Services and Young Carer support.
