With more than 30 years of experience in supporting young and aged people, our passionate team is dedicated to understanding your needs and helping you achieve your goals. We strive to raise awareness and provide essential support for the young carer community while delivering programs tailored for older South Australians, ensuring that everyone feels valued and supported.

We also had the privilege of providing the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) aged care service for many years. Unfortunately, this service is no longer offered as we ceased operating as an aged care service provider on the 30th of June 2026.

Young Carers

Young carers are young people aged 5 to 25 who have caregiving responsibilities. They may provide emotional support, assist with household tasks, or help care for a family member with a disability, chronic illness, mental health condition, or substance-use issue. Despite the vital role they play, many young carers do not know they are young carers, which can make them less visible and result in their needs being unmet. This highlights the importance of raising awareness and ensuring young carers receive timely, appropriate, and tailored support that enhances wellbeing, education and employment outcomes, and full participation in all aspects of life.

Aged Care Services

Aged care services provides support for individuals aged 65 and older, helping them maintain their independence while living at home. These services, delivered under the Commonwealth Home Support Program, include a variety of low-cost options tailored to individual needs, such as domestic assistance, home maintenance, transport, respite and social support. Emphasising individuality and inclusivity, aged care services aim to improve the overall quality of life for older South Australians.
